How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to process before shipping. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time-frame. We will always notify you if there is a delay due to out-of-stock or backordered items.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 USD within the United States!
How long will it take to get my package?
All packages are shipped via USPS from the Southwest Florida region. For standard shipping, please allow 5 – 7 business days. For priority service, please allow 3-5 business days. We also offer an expedited option (delivery in 2 – 3 business days), which is the fastest domestic service USPS offers.

Can I check the status of my package?
After we process and ship your package, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days. If you do not receive an email after 3 business days, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot locate your tracking information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My tracking number shows my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please know, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. However, USPS / UPS can assist you with a request to locate your package. Please go to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to file a claim.

Here are the details:
· We accept returns within 30 days of when item(s) were delivered.
· Item(s) must be in its original condition, unused and unopened.
· Personalized, sale, clearance, seasonal/holiday, and final sale items cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost merchandise. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Please allow 14 business days from receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note, original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount, that amount will be deducted from your return.
